We've put together the most frequently asked questions from our users, regarding our online training courses, including enrollments, quizzes and more.

Account Management

Can I host the training courses on our own Learning Management System (LMS)?

Please check our pricing page for self-hosted LMS availabilities. The course files that we provide are SCORM 1.2 packages.

If you require a different version, please Contact Us with your name, contact details, and your LMS name and file format requirement, and one of our team will get in contact with you as soon as possible.


Why can't I reassign a seat to another user?

Eclipse Subscription Service accounts are not transferrable. Please review our Terms of Use for more information.


How do I give my employees access to the training courses?

You must be the account admin to give your employee (users) access to the Eclipse Subscription Service features (training courses and mobile apps).
To give your employees access, you will need to login with your admin details (username and password). This will direct you to the Admin Dashboard where you can manually add users or bulk upload users using a CSV file.


How do I change my billing frequency?

Before purchasing:

You can change the Monthly and Yearly toggle from the Pricing page of our website. If you have already added seats to your Shopping Cart, you can update your billing period by Clicking on the Yearly or Monthly option for your chosen tier at the bottom of the Shopping Cart, updating the number of seats you want for the billing type, then deleting your unwanted billing period before you Check Out and complete your purchase.

How do I make a purchase?

Click on any of the "Get Started" buttons on our website or head to the Pricing page of our website to select your Eclipse Subscription Service tier and follow the page prompts to enter your details and complete your purchase.


I cannot login to my account, what do I do?

Please check you have entered your username and password correctly. Check that there are no additional characters, spaces or upper cases that shouldn’t be there.

If you are still unable to login after 2 attempts please try resetting your password. You can do this online here.

If you are still having issues logging in, please contact our team by submitting a Contact Us form about the issue you are experiencing with accessing your account. Please allow up to 48-hours for our team to respond to you.


Online Courses

Can I complete the course on my smart phone or tablet?

Our courses have been updated to be compatible with most tablets, but not all smartphones. We recommend that you access your Eclipse Subscription Service training courses via a computer or tablet for the best experience.

Make sure you check your tablet's version, and web browser settings before attempting to complete the course on it. Also, check that pop-ups are enabled on your tablet's web browser, and (if you have installed) that your internet security isn't blocking/stopping our site from loading the course.


How do I access my Eclipse Subscription Service courses?

You are able to access all of your courses associated with your Eclipse Subscription Service by visiting your My Courses profile page.


How do I access the courses that I paid for before the introduction of the Eclipse Subscription Service?

If you have purchased seat/s to one or more of our courses before the introduction of the Eclipse Subscription Services you can still access the course/s at FatigueCourses.com. Once you login via FatigueCourses.com, you will be able to view and access the courses that you have a valid enrolment for in the My Courses menu option, which can be found on the left hand side of the window or dashboard.


My activity or quiz score is not recording.

  1. Please check that you have a stable internet connection. If you have a poor or slow internet connection, please ensure you allow time for the Module to record your progress, or by finding a stronger internet connection (if possible).
  2. Please check your browser is updated to the latest version.
    • Please note that if you are using a beta, developer or test version of a browser, that this may cause display or progress recording issues that are out of training platform and website's control.
      • Please try running our course on another version of your browser that isn't a beta, developer or test version,.
      • Please also try running our courses on a different web browser type (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, etc).
  3. Please check that you have successfully passed the activity or quiz.
    • Our activities such as the mid-Module or end of Module activities require a "Pass" mark before you can proceed with the Module or Course.
    • Our quizzes require a minimum of 80% to successfully pass and complete a Module and/or Course.

If your activity or quiz score is still not recording after attempting the troubleshooting items above, please Contact Us.


My Module/Course progress is not recording.

What do I do if I can't see the course or if it doesn't seem to load?

Please check that your web browser is set to allow pop-up windows so that our courses can play. If you are unsure of how to check and configure your pop-up settings, please refer to the most appropriate link for your web browser below. Please follow the instructions and allow pop-up windows for our website https://www.fatiguecourses.com/.


Where can I access my certificates?

For Eclipse Subscribers

After you complete each course you will be presented with a download link where you will be able to save a PDF version of your course completion certificate. You are able to access and download your course completion certificates at any time by visiting your Courses Profile. On the right-hand side of each course name, a green certificate icon will be visible next to the word "Complete" if you have successfully, passed a course. Click on the certificate icon to view and download your certificate of completion.

For Fatigue Courses Users

Once you have successfully completed a course you will be able to access the "Certificate of Completion" section, which can be found at the bottom of each course. From there, you will be able to access and download your certificate. You can also view and download all your certificates via your Fatigue Courses Profile.


Who are the training courses suitable for?

We have training courses that are applicable to all employees, including those in 24-hour industries (e.g. Aviation, Emergency Services, Health Services, Mining, Oil & Gas, Rail, Road & Logistics) as well as for personnel who do not work extended hours or shifts (e.g. management, staff working from home).

Smartphone Apps

How do I use FatigueSafe?

The FatigueSafe App is a one - minute fatigue self - assessment tool that helps users quickly evaluate their current personal fatigue levels and create user awareness. This is achieved through a quick test where the user is asked questions regarding their:

  • Most recent sleep quality
  • Physical and mental signs of fatigue
  • Whether they feel that they are safe to commute and/or drive


How does PeakAlert cater for different shifts?

Change your schedule in the Predict Tab & the Optimize Tab will help you prepare for upcoming shifts. Make sure you update your sleep, & caffeine each day to improve the accuracy of alertness predictions.


Can I share my FatigueSafe results?

FatigueSafe has been developed for individual use. Users who wish to share their FatigueSafe test results as a way to start a conversation about any fatigue management and risk-related concerns can screenshot their results, and email a copy to their immediate supervisor or manager. This free version of the app has not been developed for commercial use. For businesses who wish to support their workforce by providing them with Sleep, Alertness, Fatigue and Performance solutions, the FatigueSafeBE (Business Edition) is available as part of the Eclipse Subscription Service. For Users who have already been provided access to the FatigueSafeBE app under their employer's Eclipse Subscription Service, de-identified data of all FatigueSafeBE test results are automatically collected and provided to their employer via the smartphone App Dashboard. For more information regarding how your data is collected and used, please visit our Subscription Agreement, and Privacy Policy pages.


Who can see my app data?

Eclipse Subscription Service - this is the employer or company that invited you to download and use these apps. Your company Administrator/s for your Eclipse Subscription Service will have access to your de-identified data for reporting purposes. We do not provide employers with identified user reports without the written approval of the user. For more information, please visit our Subscription Agreement, and Privacy Policy pages.


What is the difference between PeakAlert and PeakAlertBE or FatigueSafe and FatigueSafeBE?

PeakAlertBE and FatigueSafeBE are the corporate and government license edition of our smartphone apps. These are included with the Eclipse Subscription Service.
