Getting started - Admin Account

Before you start

Once you have completed your Eclipse Subscription Service purchase you will be emailed your account login details.

If you would like to update your account details or password please visit your account page.

Adding users

When you are ready to add your employee users to your Eclipse Subscription Service account, please visit your Admin Dashboard. Don't forget that you will also need to enrol yourself as a user if you also need to complete the included training courses. Individuals can be added by typing in their name and email address or by uploading a CSV file. A template CSV file is available here. Once added each employee user will receive an email with their login details.

Training courses

Once enrolled, all of the Eclipse Subscription Service training courses will be available and visible on each user's profile page.

Eclipse Subscription Service training courses are accessible from any modern web browser. They are made up of modules that contain exercises and quizzes for users to complete. Users must meet the minimum pass mark of 80% for each quiz or Module assessment in order to successfully complete a course. A certificate of completion will be presented and made available to the user under the applicable completed course, via their profile page.

As an account admin, you will be able to check all employee users that have been invited as well as course progress for each person on your Admin Dashboard.
