Yes, you can host the training courses on your own Learning Management System (LMS). The course files that we provide are SCORM 1.2 packages.
If you require a different version, please Contact Us with your name, contact details, and your LMS name and file format requirement, and one of our team will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Eclipse Subscription Service accounts are not transferrable. Please review our Terms of Use for more information.
You must be the account admin to give your employee (users) access to the Eclipse Subscription Service features (training courses and mobile apps).
To give your employees access, you will need to login with your admin details (username and password). This will direct you to the Admin Dashboard where you can manually add users or bulk upload users using a CSV file.
Please check you have entered your username and password correctly. Check that there are no additional characters, spaces or upper cases that shouldn’t be there.
If you are still unable to login after 2 attempts please try resetting your password. You can do this online here.

Our courses have been updated to be compatible with most tablets, but not all smartphones. We recommend that you access your Eclipse Subscription Service training courses via a computer or tablet for the best experience.
Make sure you check your tablet's version, and web browser settings before attempting to complete the course on it. Also, check that pop-ups are enabled on your tablet's web browser, and (if you have installed) that your internet security isn't blocking/stopping our site from loading the course.
You are able to access all of your courses associated with your Eclipse Subscription Service by visiting your My Courses profile page.

Please check that your web browser is set to allow pop-up windows so that our courses can play. If you are unsure of how to check and configure your pop-up settings, please refer to the most appropriate link for your web browser below.
After you complete each course you will be presented with a download link where you will be able to save a PDF version of your course completion certificate. You are able to access and download your course completion certificates at any time by visiting your Courses Profile. On the right-hand side of each course name, a green certificate icon will be visible next to the word "Complete" if you have successfully, passed a course. Click on the certificate icon to view and download your certificate of completion.
We have training courses that are applicable to all employees, including those in 24-hour industries (e.g. Aviation, Emergency Services, Health Services, Mining, Oil & Gas, Rail, Road & Logistics) as well as for personnel who do not work extended hours or shifts (e.g. management, staff working from home). This free version of the app has not been developed for commercial use. For businesses who wish to support their workforce by providing them with Sleep, Alertness, Fatigue and Performance solutions, the FatigueSafeBE (Business Edition) is available as part of the Eclipse Subscription Service. For Users who have already been provided access to the FatigueSafeBE app under their employer's Eclipse Subscription Service, de-identified data of all FatigueSafeBE test results are automatically collected and provided to their employer via the smartphone App Dashboard. Eclipse Subscription Service - this is the employer or company that invited you to download and use these apps. Your company Administrator/s for your Eclipse Subscription Service will have access to your de-identified data for reporting purposes. PeakAlertBE and FatigueSafeBE are the corporate and government license edition of our smartphone apps. These are included with the Eclipse Subscription Service.
