This 6-minute course introduces workers to examples of what healthy sleep is and what can sabotage it. The topics covered in this introductory course are part of the 1-hour Sleep, Health and Wellbeing module that uses agile approaches and methods to make positive changes that benefit your overall stress levels, health and well-being.

  • Workspace and Work Routines

This course is suitable for employees working in extended - and 24-hour environments, as well as office, remote and work-from-home employees. Participants will be given the opportunity to demonstrate their learning from the course by completing a quick tests at the end of the module.
