Here at ISS, we often conduct studies for clients using different types of actigraphy watches which measure gross motor activity. We’ve been on the lookout for new technology and have come across the CurAegis Technologies myCadian Watch. This new and unique watch is capable of analysing and evaluating the timing of one’s circadian rhythm. The CureAegis team recently disclosed at the 10th International Conference on Managing Fatigue that the watch uses some smart, validated mathematics and thermometers that monitor skin and environmental temperatures - much less intrusive than rectal probes or giant temperature transmitting pills!

We’ve been promised a device to use ourselves as soon as they’re commercially available later this year. We’re pretty excited and can’t wait to review the myCadian Watch!
